Network or Computer Login
Network (AD) passwords expire after 90 days. Fortunately changing your password is easy.
Expired Password:
When you attempt to login you will be prompted to create a new password. Enter your new password, confirm it and you're done.
Active Password:
If you can still login but want to be proactive and change your password just press Ctrl+Alt+Delete and select the "Change Password" option. Enter your current and new password.
Forgotten Password:
Students can find their nearest Student User Manager (most lab facilitators, and others in the buildings) and ask that a temporary password be assigned.
Faculty/Staff should enter a HelpDesk Ticket to request that the Technology Department assign them a temporary password.
Note: It is not possible for anyone to "look up" your current password.
